Step 1 – Enter Your United Kingdom Tariff Details

Set up your electricity and natural gas plan in Energydor using the values printed on your bill.

For electricity, you'll enter your:

  • Unit rate (p/kWh)
  • Standing charge (p/day)
  • VAT rate

For natural gas, you'll enter:

  • Gas unit rate (p/kWh)
  • Standing charge
  • VAT rate

Energydor supports fixed-rate tariffs only and does not include time-of-use (TOU) pricing. Fixed-rate plans give you the clearest and most accurate bill verification.

Step 2 – Log Your Meter Readings

Take monthly readings from your electricity meter and natural gas meter, then enter them into Energydor.

Even if you have a smart meter, physical readings help avoid missing data or inaccurate portal estimates.

You’ll instantly see:

  • ✔ kWh used (electricity)
  • ✔ m³ used (gas)
  • ✔ Exact cost of consumption
  • ✔ Standing charge and all daily charges

If your supplier’s bill doesn’t match your real calculated total, you’ll know immediately.

Step 3 - Add Timestamped Photos for Proof

Attach photos of your electricity or natural gas meter to each reading. Each image is timestamped automatically..

This gives you verifiable proof if you ever need to dispute a bill with:
